How much is shipping?

  • Free Shipping: For one item, delivered with Royal Mail 2nd Class. For three or more additional items, a fee of £0.50 per item will apply.

  • 1st Class: Royal Mail 1st Class for £2.50. For three or more additional items, a fee of £0.80 per item will apply.

Where do you ship from?
All orders placed on Innocent Vegan Store are shipped from our London location.

How long does it take to process an order?
Our standard processing time is 2 business days. During peak times, it may take slightly longer. Orders placed after 9 am on Friday will start processing the following Monday, as our team takes a break over the weekend.

Which carrier do you use?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48™, as well as 1st and 2nd Class delivery options.

How long will shipping take?
Once dispatched, 1st Class orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days, while 2nd Class orders arrive within 2-3 business days. For rural locations, delivery may take an additional 1-2 days.

How will my order be packaged?
Your order will arrive in a protective bubble mail envelope that is FSC-certified, ensuring it’s sourced from responsibly managed forests. The packaging materials are recyclable and home-compostable to reduce environmental impact.
Note: Shipping labels are not home-compostable. Please check your local recycling guidelines for proper disposal.

Cancellation Policy.

At Innocent Vegan Store, we accept order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please make your request within this timeframe. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations, as your order may have already been processed for shipping. Thank you for your understanding!
